We are a global, Zionist entrepreneur network built on Jewish values with a commitment to the Jewish people and the State of Israel.

Our members are successful founders, CEOs, investors, and professionals who want more than another networking group. They want a personal board of peers who share their values, a community that includes their spouses and children, and a platform for standing up publicly for Israel and the Jewish people.

Curated member-to-member introductions, city meet-ups, forums, online gatherings, and an annual Global Gathering. Members open doors, share deals, and go out of the way for one another.

Advocate

Our time and money for Jewish and Zionist causes.

Coordinated, collective giving to vetted causes in Israel and the Jewish community, and leaders willing to put their names and platforms behind the Jewish people.

Grow

Education, shared experiences and support for members and their families.

Leadership programming, expert-led sessions, mentorship, family camp, Israel trips, and a young professionals track so the next generation grows up inside the community.

Where members show up.

Global Gathering

The flagship in-person convening of the full membership in South Florida. Leadership sessions, member showcases, and the business of the year ahead.

Israel Trips

A members' mission to Israel. Meetings with industry and government leaders, visits with the people and institutions we support, and time on the ground where it matters most.

Family Camp

A multi-day gathering for members, spouses, and children. The community is built for whole families, and this is where that becomes real.

Online Gatherings

Member-led sessions on markets, industries, and the issues of the day. Real estate, China trade, capital markets, whatever the room needs.

Local Meet-Ups & Forums

Small, trusted groups that meet regularly in person. Members rotate hosting. This is where relationships turn into deals and friendships.

Mentorship & Cubs

A structured mentorship program pairing members with one another, and 18Lions Cubs, a track and internships for young professionals in members' families.

  1. Apply or get referred

    Submit a short application, or have a current member refer you. Tell us who you are, what you lead, and why this community matters to you.

  2. Interview with leadership

    A conversation with the founder and a board member. We are looking for alignment on mission, character, and culture, not a résumé check.

  3. Join and commit

    Accepted members pay annual dues, receive a welcome and onboarding, and join the member portal. Spouses are welcomed directly, with their own introduction and invitations whenever a member wants it, because this community is built for the whole family and not just the name on the application. Members commit to attending gatherings and responding to fellow members within 24 hours.

  4. Lead

    Chair a committee, host a forum, mentor a member, recommend an organization to support, or bring the next lion in. This is a working membership, not an honorary one.

Philanthropy

From individual giving to collective impact.

Members already give. 18Lions makes that giving bigger, faster, and better aimed.

Our Philanthropy Committee identifies and vets Zionist and Jewish community causes, then coordinates members who want to fund them together. Members get a shortlist of high-impact, diligenced organizations. Causes get the backing of a united group of leaders, not a scattering of individual checks.

Confidential Air Force Base

Ten 18Lions members coordinated a joint contribution to rebuild office facilities at a confidential air force base in northern Israel.

18Lions is organized as a nonprofit trade association under Section 501(c)(6). Charitable gifts are directed to qualified partner organizations so donors receive proper tax receipts.
